Aerospace & Aviation Parts Feeding Solutions
Machined and stamped components fed to a documented, repeatable standard — with a SolidWorks model you approve first and a video factory acceptance test before anything ships.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Documented Before It Is Built
Every system is modeled in SolidWorks and the complete 3D model goes to you for approval before fabrication — every clearance, footprint and interface verified on paper first.
Proven Before It Ships
A full factory acceptance test at our Ohio facility, video documented, so the rate and the orientation are demonstrated on your parts before the system leaves.
Tooled to One Part Geometry
Aerospace components are rarely forgiving. Bowl tooling is machined to your exact geometry rather than adapted from something close.
Surface Finish Protected
Polyurethane coatings where the bowl would otherwise mark the part, and step feeders where the part should not be tumbled at all.
Built and Supported in Ohio
Designed, built and tested in Concord Township, with direct access to the engineers who built your system rather than a ticket queue.

Common Questions
Aerospace & Aviation FAQs
What documentation comes with the system?
A complete SolidWorks 3D model for your approval before fabrication, and a video-documented factory acceptance test on your parts before shipment. Both are standard on every system we build.
Can you feed parts that must not be marked?
Yes. Two routes depending on the part: a polyurethane-coated bowl, which stops the bowl surface marking the component, or a step feeder, which lifts parts one tier at a time instead of tumbling them. We will tell you which one your part needs.
Can you handle low-volume, high-mix production?
That is worth a conversation rather than a stock answer. A custom-tooled bowl is the right economics at volume on one part; a Bellco Flex platform with vision-guided picking is often better where the mix changes often. Send us the range and we will be straight with you about which pays back.
How do I know the system works before it arrives?
Two ways. You approve a full SolidWorks model before we machine a single piece of tooling, and every system runs a factory acceptance test at our Ohio facility that is video documented and sent to you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
