Send us the part, the rate and the timeline. An engineer scopes it and comes back inside three business days — with a SolidWorks model you approve before anything is built.

What We Need From You
The more specific you can be about the part and how it has to arrive downstream, the more useful the quote will be. A drawing or a clear photo is worth more than a paragraph.

Common Questions
Quoting FAQs
What do you need from me to quote?
The part — a drawing, a STEP file, or a clear photo — plus the feed rate you need and how the part has to be presented to whatever comes next. Material, finish and annual volume all change the answer, so include them if you have them.
How long does a quote take?
Three business days on average. If your timeline is tighter than that, say so on the form and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
Do I get to see the design before you build it?
Yes, and this is not optional on our side. Every system is modeled in SolidWorks and the complete 3D model goes to you for approval before we machine a single piece of tooling.
What if I am not sure which product I need?
Leave that field alone and describe the application instead. Working out which solution actually fits is the part of the job we would rather do properly than have you guess at.
Is my drawing safe with you?
Yes. What you send goes to the engineering team scoping your quote and nowhere else.
How does your pricing compare?
Bellco systems are typically 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which is where the difference comes from, not from cutting engineering or testing.
