Packaging Parts Feeding Solutions

Feeding into fillers, cappers, kitting cells and bagging lines — at the height, the rate and the orientation your packaging equipment expects.

Built Around Your Challenges

Challenges We Help You Overcome

Delivered at Your Line's Height

Outfeed height is engineered to your equipment, not to a catalog. We have built to a 40-inch discharge from a waist-level load without a separate elevator in between.

Load a Box and Walk Away

Waist-height hoppers sized to your run, with a stack light on the guarding and a shortage sensor that stops the system before the line notices.

Keeps Pace With the Packaging Machine

Feeders are engineered to your line's rate and proven at it on a video factory acceptance test before shipment.

Feed, Count and Bag as One

Where the job is kitting rather than feeding, we build the counting head and bagger into the same machine as the feeder.

Guarded for the Operator

On step feeders the moving actuator side is fully enclosed as standard — loading happens from the front, away from anything that moves.

Common Questions

Packaging FAQs

Can you match the infeed height of our existing machine?

Yes, and it is one of the first things we ask. Outfeed height, discharge angle and drop geometry are engineered to your equipment and verified in the SolidWorks model before anything is fabricated.

Our parts are heavy. Will a bowl work?

Often not. Heavy parts get marred by a bowl’s tumbling action, and a bowl orients rather than lifts. For heavy components that need to arrive at height, a step feeder is usually the right answer.

How long can the line run between refills?

As long as you want to specify. We size the hopper to a target interval — half an hour, an hour, a shift — rather than to a stock capacity, and a stack light tells the operator when it is getting low.

Can you build the counting and bagging as well?

Yes. Feeding, verified counting and bagging can be built as one machine, with the same custom feeder engineering on the front end as any of our systems.

How long does it take to get a quote?

Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.

How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?

Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
