Medical & Pharmaceutical Parts Feeding Solutions
Feeding systems for molded components, closures, device parts and implants — built in stainless, engineered for validated environments, and proven before they ship.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Cleanable, Validated Construction
304 and 316 stainless bowls with crevice-free, polished surfaces for easy cleaning and sterilization, specified for wash-down duty and GMP-compliant environments where the application requires it.
Gentle Handling of Molded Parts
Polyurethane bowl coatings stop the bowl marking soft molded components — the same specification that makes the bowl run quieter also stops it scuffing your parts.
Orientation That Does Not Fail
Every bowl is custom-tooled to your exact part geometry. Where the geometry is too subtle for tooling, a vision camera reads each part in flight and purges anything facing the wrong way.
Unattended Running Between Batches
Bulk hoppers and pre-feeders sized to your run length, with shortage sensors that stop the system cleanly rather than letting an empty bowl starve the line.
Documented Before Delivery
A SolidWorks model you approve before the build, and a video factory acceptance test before it ships. Both are part of every system, not an option.

The Bellco Difference
Why Customers Choose Bellco
Custom Engineered to Your Part
No templates. Every system is designed around your exact part geometry, feed rate, and integration requirements.
Designed in SolidWorks
You see and approve a full 3D model before we machine a single piece of tooling. No surprises on delivery.
Video Factory Acceptance Test
Every system runs a full FAT at our Ohio facility — video documented — so you know it works before it ships.
1-Year Warranty
Full parts and labor coverage backed by the Ohio team who built your system. Direct engineer access, no ticket queues.
20–40% Lower Cost
Direct manufacturing, no brokers, no markup. Premium quality at a price that consistently beats legacy suppliers.
Common Questions
Medical & Pharmaceutical FAQs
Do you build to wash-down or GMP requirements?
Yes. We build 304 and 316 stainless bowls with crevice-free, polished surfaces designed for cleaning and sterilization, and can specify for full wash-down duty and GMP-compliant environments. Tell us the standard you validate against at quote stage and we will build to it.
Will the feeder mark or scuff molded parts?
Not if it is specified correctly. A roughly 1mm polyurethane bowl coating is what we use where surface finish matters — it stops the bowl marking the part, and it makes the machine quieter at the same time.
Can you handle very small or near-symmetric components?
Yes, and this is where vision earns its place. When the geometric difference between two ends of a part is too subtle for mechanical tooling to catch at speed, a camera over the track reads each part in flight and a purge gate recirculates anything mis-oriented.
How do I know the system works before it arrives?
Two ways. You approve a full SolidWorks model before we machine a single piece of tooling, and every system runs a factory acceptance test at our Ohio facility that is video documented and sent to you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
