Food & Beverage Parts Feeding Solutions
Caps, closures, fitments and container components — fed in stainless, built for wash-down, and specified around the cleaning regime your line actually runs.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Stainless, Cleanable Construction
304 and 316 stainless bowls with crevice-free, polished surfaces built for cleaning and sterilization, and specified for full wash-down duty where the line requires it.
Speed Your Packaging Line Demands
Filling and capping lines set the pace. Feeders are engineered to the rate your equipment needs and proven at that rate on a factory acceptance test before shipment.
Changeover Between SKUs
Running several closure sizes through one line? A Bellco Flex platform handles multiple part types without a tooling swap between runs.
Closures That Come Out Unmarked
Polyurethane bowl coatings stop the bowl scuffing molded caps and closures — the same specification that quiets the machine.
Unattended Between Refills
Bulk hoppers sized to your run length, with shortage sensors that stop the system cleanly rather than starving the capper.

Common Questions
Food & Beverage FAQs
Do you build food-grade and wash-down feeders?
Yes. We build 304 and 316 stainless bowls designed for food processing applications, with crevice-free, polished surfaces for easy cleaning and sterilization, and can specify for full wash-down duty and GMP-compliant environments.
Will the feeder mark molded caps or closures?
Not with a polyurethane-coated bowl, which is the standard specification where surface finish matters. It also drops the noise the machine makes, which is worth having on a packaging floor.
Can one feeder run more than one closure size?
A custom-tooled bowl is cut for one part geometry, so multiple sizes usually means multiple bowls or a changeover. Where the mix changes often, a Bellco Flex platform with vision-guided picking handles several part types on one machine — tell us the range and we will tell you which is cheaper over the life of the line.
How fast can you feed caps and closures?
It depends on the part and the orientation you need, so we scope it against your line rather than quoting a headline number. Whatever we quote is the rate we then have to prove on your parts at the factory acceptance test.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
