Electrical Component Feeding Solutions
Terminals, contacts, connectors and housings — fed at rate, oriented correctly, and traveling at a speed a sensor-triggered process can rely on.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Speed That Does Not Drift
A vibratory track moves parts by friction, so trailing parts run slower than leading ones. Where a dispenser or a marker fires on a sensor signal, we put the part on a motor-driven belt instead.
Many Variants, One Machine
We have built systems running eight terminal variants — different barrel diameters, different lengths — with no retooling and no recalibration of the customer's process between them.
Soft Metals Handled Gently
Polyurethane bowl coatings keep copper and plated terminals unmarked through the bowl, and the same coating drops the noise the machine makes.
Orientation Held to the Last Inch
Barrel-trailing, nose-first, flat-side down — whatever your process needs, the tooling is cut for it and the escapement holds it through the hand-off.
Integrated With Your Process
Sensor-triggered dispensing, marking and inspection all wire into an I/O block, and we build the adjustable mounting bracket your equipment sits on.

Common Questions
Electrical Components FAQs
Our dispenser fires on a sensor. Can a feeder hold that timing?
A vibratory track on its own usually cannot, because part-to-part friction means trailing parts travel slightly slower. The fix is to take the part out of the vibratory environment at the process zone and put it on a belt conveyor running at a fixed motor-controlled velocity. We have built exactly that for a brazing-paste line at 120 parts per minute.
How many part variants can one system handle?
More than most people expect if it is engineered for it up front. One conveyor system runs eight ring-terminal variants with no belt change and no dispenser recalibration — the engineering is in belt tension, drive ratio and side-rail geometry, all solved before fabrication.
Will the feeder mark plated or soft metal parts?
Not with a polyurethane-coated bowl, which is what we specify for copper, brass and plated components. It is the same coating that makes the machine quieter.
How do I know the system works before it arrives?
Two ways. You approve a full SolidWorks model before we machine a single piece of tooling, and every system runs a factory acceptance test at our Ohio facility that is video documented and sent to you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
