Common Questions
Manufactured Parts FAQs
Do I have to be a feeder customer to order parts?
No. Manufactured parts is a standalone service. Plenty of the work we quote has nothing to do with parts feeding.
What do you need to give me a quote?
A print or a STEP file, the quantity, the material, and any finish or plating requirement. Tell us the annual usage as well as the first order — it usually changes the price.
What are your lead times?
It depends entirely on the part and the process. Straightforward machined work has run three to four weeks from purchase order on jobs we have quoted; anything with plating, heat treat or tooling takes longer. You get a real date with the quote.
How do I place an order?
Email the purchase order to info@bellcofeeders.com and jon@bellcofeeders.com, with the Bellco quote number on the first line so it routes to the right job.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how the parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back to you with a scoped quote rather than a ballpark.

A drawing or a STEP file, the quantity, and the finish you need. We will come back with a scoped quote and a real lead time rather than a placeholder.
