Automotive Parts Feeding Solutions
Feeding systems for stampings, fasteners, machined components and assemblies — built for continuous duty on lines that do not get to stop.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Continuous-Duty Construction
Nickel-plated steel baseplates, welded steel legs, adjustable leveling feet and components chosen for 24/7 running in a factory, not for a spec sheet.
Directional Parts, Oriented Right
Stampings and machined components with a leading end are exactly what custom bowl tooling is for. Where the geometry is too close to call, vision does the rest.
Presented For Robotic Pick
Rotary escapements that hold a part in a fixed nest so the robot does not need vision to find it, and side shuttles that space parts for a dual pick.
Rate You Can Actually Hold
We quote the rate we prove at the factory acceptance test — not a headline number that assumes ideal parts and an empty queue.
20–40% Below Legacy Suppliers
Direct manufacturing with no brokers in between, on systems engineered to the same standard as the ones that cost more.

The Bellco Difference
Why Customers Choose Bellco
Custom Engineered to Your Part
No templates. Every system is designed around your exact part geometry, feed rate, and integration requirements.
Designed in SolidWorks
You see and approve a full 3D model before we machine a single piece of tooling. No surprises on delivery.
Video Factory Acceptance Test
Every system runs a full FAT at our Ohio facility — video documented — so you know it works before it ships.
1-Year Warranty
Full parts and labor coverage backed by the Ohio team who built your system. Direct engineer access, no ticket queues.
20–40% Lower Cost

Common Questions
Automotive FAQs
Can you feed stampings without marring the finish?
Yes — usually with a polyurethane bowl coating, and for heavier or more delicate parts with a step feeder instead of a bowl, because a step feeder lifts parts one tier at a time rather than tumbling them.
How do you present parts to a robot?
It depends on the pick. A rotary escapement holds the part in a fixed nest so the robot goes to a taught position; a side shuttle spaces parts apart so it can take two at a time. Tell us the robot and the cycle and we will build the hand-off around it.
Will it integrate with our PLC and safety circuit?
Yes. End-of-track sensors wire into an I/O block that drops into your existing equipment, controllers are CUH variable-frequency digital units in a lockable enclosure, and pneumatics are SMC throughout with 110V or 220V options.
How do I know the system works before it arrives?
Two ways. You approve a full SolidWorks model before we machine a single piece of tooling, and every system runs a factory acceptance test at our Ohio facility that is video documented and sent to you.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
