Why Bellco Feeders
WE DON'T LEAVE YOU RUNNING A DOWN LINE.
Bellco designs and builds custom parts feeding systems engineered to your exact application — and when one of them stops running, we send a technician instead of a ticket number. No off-the-shelf compromises. No waiting two months for a service visit
Who We Are
SEE IT BEFORE IT'S BUILT. PRICED TO WIN.
Who Bellco Is
A family-owned parts feeding company in Concord Township, Ohio, that takes the guesswork out of automation. Every system is fully designed in SolidWorks, with sensor locations, bolt patterns and mounting details included, so you can review and approve exactly what you're getting before it's built. No surprises when it arrives.
What Bellco Builds
Custom vibratory bowl feeders, step feeders, Bellco Flex systems, hoppers, conveyors, escapements and full integration packages, each engineered for your parts and your line, and typically priced 20–40% below legacy suppliers.
Who Bellco Serves
Medical device and life sciences, automotive, consumer products, electronics, food & beverage, and aerospace manufacturers, plus the automation integrators and machine builders who build their lines.
HOW BELLCO PARTNERS
We're in it for the long haul. No change-quote nickel-and-diming, fast answers when you call, and technicians on-site when you need them. We'd rather earn your next ten projects than squeeze extra margin out of this one.
Why Bellco Exists
Too many manufacturers pay legacy-supplier prices for systems they never got to review before they shipped, backed by support that leaves them waiting weeks for help. We built the company we would have wanted to buy from.
What Sets Us Apart. The Bellco Difference.
WE SEND A TECHNICIAN
If your system isn't running, we get on a call the same day to see exactly what's happening, then put one of our travel technicians on the road. Not a ticket queue. Not a service visit six weeks out.
20–40% Lower Cost
Engineer-owned, lean, and built on a global manufacturing partnership we've developed since 2017. That structure is how we come in 20–40% under legacy suppliers without cutting the engineering, the componentry, or the documentation.
Designed in SolidWorks
You see a full 3D model of your system — down to bolt holes, sensor placement, and control box location — before we machine a single part. Approval happens at the design stage, not after delivery.
Video Factory Acceptance Test
Every system runs a full factory acceptance test, video documented and delivered to you before shipment. You watch it run your parts before it ever ships.
WE'LL TELL YOU WHICH FEEDER YOU ACTUALLY NEED
Send us the part and we'll evaluate it honestly. If a step feeder is the right answer instead of a bowl, or if your application doesn't need the vision system someone else quoted you, we'll say so.

How We Work
Our Process. From Quote to Running System.
Step 01
Discovery
You share your part, feed rate, and integration requirements. We ask the right questions and confirm scope before anything else.
Step 02
Engineering
Our mechanical engineers design the bowl or step feeder, tooling, track, and escapement around your specific part geometry and feed rate. Not adapted from a template — engineered from your part.
Step 03
SolidWorks Review
You receive a full 3D model detailed down to bolt holes, sensor locations, and control box placement. We review it together, revise it as needed, and nothing goes to production until you approve it and sign off on a dimensioned drawing.
Step 04
Manufacturing
Tooling and components are precision-machined to the approved model, then the system comes together, gets wired, and is integrated as a complete unit.
Step 05
Testing
Your system runs a full factory acceptance test with your actual parts, at rate, in full auto mode. We video document it and send it to you for approval before anything ships.
Step 06
Delivery & Support
The system ships with its SolidWorks model, bill of materials, documented controller settings, and a spare parts quote. Then the same team that engineered it is the team that supports it — including putting a technician on the road if you ever need one.
Our Story
Company Milestones
2017
Recognizing the Industry Need
We saw a US parts feeding market that had stopped competing — vague design models customers couldn't review, prices that kept climbing, service calls that went weeks without an answer, and lead times to match. We started a global supplier search to find a manufacturing partner who could help us fix all four.
2018
FINDING THE RIGHT MANUFACTURING PARTNER
We worked with manufacturer after manufacturer, testing build quality, tooling precision, and responsiveness. Most didn't make the cut. The one that did became our exclusive manufacturing partner — and the foundation for building premium systems at a price the legacy suppliers couldn't match.

WHEN YOUR LINE GOES DOWN
WE SEND A TECHNICIAN. NOT A TICKET NUMBER.
Ask a manufacturer what happens when a feeder from a legacy supplier stops running. The answer is usually a support queue and a service visit scheduled weeks — sometimes months — out. That is the single most common reason customers move to Bellco, and it's what we built our support around.
