Robotics & Automation Parts Feeding Solutions
A robot is only as good as what it is handed. We build the front end — oriented, singulated, held in a known position — and we build it to drop into the cell you already have.
Built Around Your Challenges
Challenges We Help You Overcome
Parts Held Where the Robot Expects
Rotary escapements hold a singulated part in a fixed nest through the pick, so the robot goes to a taught position instead of hunting for the part.
Turnkey Vision When You Need It
Camera, control cabinet, power supply, mini PLC and wiring supplied and programmed as one package — a feeder that arrives working, not a parts list.
Several Feeders, One Footprint
Rubber isolators and individual sub-plates let multiple feeders share a single baseplate without vibration crosstalk, which saves frames, cost and cell floor space.
Multi-Part Cells
One cell fed with several part types, from several feeders, each with its own escapement tooled to its own part.
Quiet Enough to Work Beside
A five-feeder cell we built runs under 80 decibels with everything on — quieter than most single-bowl feeders, and quiet enough that operators can hold a conversation next to it.

The Bellco Difference
Why Customers Choose Bellco
Custom Engineered to Your Part
No templates. Every system is designed around your exact part geometry, feed rate, and integration requirements.
Designed in SolidWorks
You see and approve a full 3D model before we machine a single piece of tooling. No surprises on delivery.
Video Factory Acceptance Test
Every system runs a full FAT at our Ohio facility — video documented — so you know it works before it ships.
1-Year Warranty
Full parts and labor coverage backed by the Ohio team who built your system. Direct engineer access, no ticket queues.
20–40% Lower Cost
Direct manufacturing, no brokers, no markup. Premium quality at a price that consistently beats legacy suppliers.
Common Questions
Robotics & Automation FAQs
Does the robot need vision to find the part?
Not if the escapement does its job. A rotary escapement holds the singulated part in a fixed nest so the robot picks from a taught position. Vision goes further up the line, where it is used to check orientation before the part ever reaches the pick point.
Can you feed several different parts into one cell?
Yes, two ways. Multiple feeders on a shared baseplate, each tooled to its own part — we have put five on one frame — or a single Bellco Flex platform with vision-guided picking where the parts suit it.
Will it fit in the cell we already have?
That is what the SolidWorks model is for. You get the complete 3D model before fabrication, so footprint, clearances, robot reach and every interface point are verified against your cell on paper first.
Do you supply the controls, or do we?
Either. Feeders ship with CUH variable-frequency digital controllers in a lockable enclosure and sensors wired to an I/O block for your PLC. On vision systems we can supply the whole cabinet — power supply, mini PLC, wiring and programming — as a turnkey package.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Three business days is our average. Send us the part — or a drawing of it — along with your target feed rate and how parts need to be presented downstream, and an engineer will come back with a scoped quote.
How does Bellco pricing compare to other suppliers?
Bellco systems are typically priced 20–40% below traditional suppliers. We manufacture directly — no brokers, no middlemen — which lets us compete on price without cutting engineering time, material quality, or testing.
