These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at bellcofeeders.com and any other site operated by Bellco Feeders, LLC (“Bellco Feeders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that links to them. Please read them before using the site. By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Bellco Feeders, LLC is an Ohio limited liability company that designs and builds custom vibratory bowl feeders, step feeders, conveyors, escapements and related parts-feeding equipment. You can reach us at:

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes take effect when they are posted. If you keep using the site after that, you are agreeing to the updated Terms. We suggest checking this page whenever you send us information through it.

3. WHO MAY USE THIS SITE

This is a business-to-business site intended for people acting on behalf of a company or organization. You may use it only if you can form a binding contract with us and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You may browse the site, download material we have made available for download, and contact us through the forms we provide, all for the purpose of evaluating or doing business with us.

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone’s rights
  • Scrape, harvest, mine or systematically copy content or contact details from the site, whether by hand or by automated means
  • Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or account that is not intentionally made available to you
  • Introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the site
  • Place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure, including through automated requests
  • Use our name, logo or content to imply an endorsement, affiliation or partnership that does not exist
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the design of our equipment from images, drawings or descriptions published on the site

5. PART DRAWINGS, CAD FILES AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Our quote form lets you send us part drawings, CAD models, samples and other technical information so an engineer can tell you what it takes to feed your part. This section is about what happens to those files, and it is deliberately different from the terms you may be used to seeing on a website.

We do not claim ownership of what you send us. Your drawings, models, specifications and sample parts remain yours. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property in them to us.

We treat technical submissions as confidential. We use the material you send only to evaluate your application, prepare a quotation, and — if you place an order — design and build the equipment. We do not publish it, and we do not share it outside Bellco Feeders except with employees, affiliates and suppliers who need it for those purposes and who are under an obligation to keep it confidential, or where we are required to disclose it by law.

This commitment does not apply to information that is already public, that we already had, that we receive from someone else without a duty of confidence, or that we develop independently. If you have a non-disclosure agreement you would prefer to work under, tell us before you send anything and we will put one in place first.

You warrant that you may share what you send. By sending us material you confirm that you own it or have the right to disclose it to us for this purpose, and that doing so does not breach an obligation you owe to someone else.

General feedback is different. If you send us a comment, suggestion or idea about our products, our website or our business that is not part of a quoting enquiry — for example a feature you wish our equipment had — we are free to use it without restriction, obligation or payment. Please do not send us anything under that heading that you consider confidential.

Our own designs stay ours. Tooling designs, feeder geometry, control schemes and engineering drawings we produce remain our intellectual property unless a written agreement between us says otherwise.

6. QUOTES, SPECIFICATIONS AND PERFORMANCE FIGURES

Everything on this site is provided for general information. Rates, capacities, lead times, dimensions, price ranges and case-study results describe particular systems built for particular parts, and are not a promise of what your application will achieve.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, and submitting a form does not create a contract. A binding commitment arises only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we otherwise agree in writing. Where a written quotation, purchase order or supply agreement between us covers a subject differently from these Terms, that document controls for that subject.

Feeding equipment is application-specific. Feed rates depend on part geometry, material, finish, orientation requirements and the equipment downstream of the feeder. We size and quote against the parts and rates you give us, and we will tell you what we can and cannot commit to.

7. OUR CONTENT AND TRADEMARKS

The site and its content — text, photographs, drawings, video, layout, graphics and code — are owned by Bellco Feeders or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, distribute, modify or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

“Bellco Feeders,” our logo and our product names are our trademarks. Other names and logos on the site — including those of customers, suppliers and component manufacturers — belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement of us by them.

8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

The site may link to, or rely on, websites and services we do not control. We provide those links for convenience and we are not responsible for their content, availability, products or practices. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and privacy policy.

How we collect and handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. AVAILABILITY OF THE SITE

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and we may restrict access to some or all of it without notice or liability.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be accurate, complete, current, secure or free of errors or harmful components. You are responsible for verifying any information on this site before relying on it, and for satisfying yourself that equipment is suitable, correctly installed, guarded and operated safely in your facility and in accordance with applicable law.

This section limits warranties about the website. It does not limit or replace any warranty we give in a written quotation, order acknowledgement or supply agreement for equipment we sell.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bellco Feeders and its members, managers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, this site — even if we have been advised that such damages are possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above may not apply to you. In that case our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bellco Feeders and its members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party — including any claim that material you sent us infringed someone else’s intellectual property or breached a duty of confidence you owed them.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

15. GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest will remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written agreement between us, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.
